Mentoring plan for graduate students, postdocs, and junior faculty
This project focuses on the development of capacity for researchers and students across many under-served or under-resourced groups (either because of discipline or because of background).

The primary SOCKS graduate research training will involve regular contact with their academic supervisor, the SOCKS research team, and academic coursework. SOCKS emerging scholars will meet with the PIs at the start of each semester to report progress and give feedback.
